Toronto, ON - March 21, 2022 - Compass is proud to have been the construction manager for Acclaim Health's new Dementia Care Centre, Patty's Place.
The existing single-storey building is a former turbine part manufacturing facility which has been redeveloped and renovated to serve as a seniors' day program and overnight short-term respite facility for people with dementia, a first for Halton Region.
This 16,000 sq. ft. adaptive reuse project's scope of work included complete renovations, alterations and full civil scope.
